July has arrived and this time of year marks an increase in the temperature and the use of our air conditioners. If you encounter any problems with your air conditioning, please let us know immediately so that we can repair it quickly and get your home cooled down. I would like to take this opportunity to wish all of you a fun and memorable Independence Day, but also remind everyone that setting off fireworks in our community is prohibited.
